Reclaim is based in Burleson, TX, serving Burleson, Crowley, Alvarado, Joshua, Keene, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities. We see adults 18 and older.

We get it, nobody wants another subscription. Traditional healthcare comes with unpredictable copays, high deductibles, $200 bills for a 10-minute visit, and hours in waiting rooms. Your membership replaces all of that with one flat fee, wholesale lab and prescription pricing, and a doctor who catches problems before they land you in the ER.
Membership, Cost & Billing-
Unlimited messaging, virtual visits, and flexible scheduling with Dr. Destin, plus annual wellness exams and chronic disease management.
You also get wholesale pricing on labs, imaging, and generic medications, and you're always free to run those through your own insurance.

Individual membership starts at $119 per month with no copays or hidden fees.
We accept ACH bank transfers and HSA/FSA cards with no added fees. Major credit cards are accepted with a standard processing fee.

Yes. DPC fees up to $150 per month per person qualify under federal HSA/FSA rules, so your Reclaim membership fits comfortably within that limit.

Membership starts with a 3-month commitment, then goes month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Rejoining after a lapse carries a $200 re-enrollment fee and depends on open spots on Dr. Destin's panel.
Insurance & Medicare-
Reclaim never bills insurance, and you're welcome to join the practice whether you have coverage or are uninsured.
We are not currently accepting patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Supplemental plans. We hope that changes, so [join our Medicare waitlist] to hear first.
Visits & Care-
Both. Most visits happen by phone or secure video. When something needs hands-on care, we help you find the right next step, whether that's an in-person visit, labs, imaging, urgent care, or the ER.

Message Dr. Destin directly through our secure messaging app and your concerns will be answered at the beginning of the next business day. For true emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

Once you enroll, we send you a release form and our team requests your history from your previous doctor or hospital, so it's ready before your first visit.
